Following the Government's decision on new measures against coronarys by reducing freedom of movement has prompted many reactions. POPULISTITIZED
About a week ago, Albin Kurti fired Minister Veliu to throw his eyes at citizens as if Kurti Government was not fired from America because of their relationship break, but from the LDK.
He said Veliun fired him because the latter was for the announcement of the state of emergency due to the COVID-19 situation. According to Kurt, the situation was under control, and there was no need to declare the state of emergency.
Tonight, although there are no drastic changes that have changed the situation since then, Kurt has made his decision ANIMALS to stop the movement of citizens. Article 56 of the Kosovo Constitution very clearly envisions that the rights guaranteed by the constitution can be avoided V LAST after the announcement of the state of emergency.
Even this time, Kurt did not take such measures because he believes that the situation is truly extraordinary. Rather, to avoid losing power, he is trying to create a state of emergency. Kurt is trying to steal Orban's model in Hungary, so government with the country, but without the Parliament.
If Kurt hadn't had a problem with his own personal power, and believed that the movement of citizens should really be banned, then he would have to seek out a state of emergency. But he didn't, because to him, more importantly, his struggle with Thaci and his personal power is rather than the health of the citizens. Hence, this unconstitutional decision should not be respected by the citizens of the country.
Exploiting this situation where everyone's focus should be on fighting the virus, making unconstitutional decisions just to retain power, it's too immoral, and it's not going to pass easily and unsurpassed.
B.C.E. I think escalation of measures without any analysis or plan will bring the country unpredictable damage, both in health and economy.
