Kosovo's Reference Service announces the public opinion that during the day, educated minors, A. R and B. T, who had left the Lipjan Educational Center last night, were arrested by police”, said in a statement.
“A. R, had pronounced educational measure, one year and six months for criminal work; heavy theft; and B. T, had pronounced educational measures one year for criminal work; mild bodily injury”
The same ones following the arrest by Kosovo police have surrendered to USKK authorities in QEKL to continue educational measures.
“According to Operational Plan “Corona Virus”, the same will initially be subject to medical checkups, then the fourteen-day quarantine phase, to continue with regular placing”.
