On March 8, women again marched, did not celebrate

Tens of women, including several men, have marched through the streets of the capital on the occasion of women's International Day, demanding the empowerment and support of women as they did in previous years. Participants in the march were Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who, however, currently has only 27 per cent of women in his cabinet in important positions [Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister].
Meanwhile, Mr. Kurt has been constantly busy promoting a highly violent and often sexist record in the public realm where all who thought otherwise were punished. This has resulted in women analyst and commentators for political developments not participating in public debates on vital issues of their well-being. /Periscope
