Lutfi Haziri gives his opinion on declaring a state of emergency

Haziri in an exclusive interview he has said that so far the situation is being managed well.

This is politicized. So far the situation has been managed. Maybe I should have announced it earlier, but we need to keep working on the situation and not politicise it. We're still in a health emergency and we're dealing with the” situation, Haziri said.

He appeals to citizens not to go to parks and stay at home.

“Picnics must be left on the side, people should be identified. It's not a way out of the open environment. You never know who's the host of the coronary. Tolerance must be zero you have to stay at home”, he said.

Haziri has also commented on the current situation in politics and the government's collapse option.

“The Speaker of the Assembly meets they must set the ongoing dynamic for the situation. The fate of this government is in the hands of the Parliament and MPs. They can make a proper decision or not for this situation. Kosovo needs a unity government with a successful management of both the emergency and the health situation, but also the political”, the LDK deputy chairman has said.

And choices are not a solution to the situation, according to him.

“The elections are nosens, the citizens don't go out to vote in this situation, but even if elections arise, they're no choice”, Haziri says.

He also added that he did not believe Agim Veliu would be fired.
