Kosovo's Tax Administration announced that based on the commission of the Ministry of Economy, Labour, Trade, Industry, Strategic Investments, (MEPTINIS), of date: 23 March 2020, it is sending you the email form of confirmation for free movement of businesses, which are registered according to NCA KODIT, listed in the above-mentioned ordinance.
The “Framework for free movement” needs to be filled in with the data required for the firm/subjection and for each employee whose free movement is required, along time limit in the emergency state of public health.
