8. The Council of Security of the Republic of Kosovo, only during its extraordinary situation, exercises executive functions that are limited to functions that are in particular connected to the extraordinary situation.

During the extraordinary situation, the Republic of Kosovo Security Council will be headed by the president of the Republic of Kosovo, as if regulated by law.
