The Constitution has today declared this decision by the invalid government, until the Parliament has until April 13th to issue a law on the matter.
Now, however, incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti had been very tough when the prime ministers before him in the government had made anti constitutional decisions.
Even during the time that Isa Mustafa was prime minister, Kurti had declared that he violated the constitution and that makes it super criminal.
This man has violated the law, he is a criminal, this man has violated the constitution, he is a super criminal. Whoever violates the constitution is a super criminal. There is no greater criminal today, in prisons than Mustafa who violated constitution”, Kurti had declared.
