Krasniqi has expressed his doubts about this decision that has been taken, about who will be held responsible, relating to the dismissal of former Interior Minister Agim Veliu and Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
Through a Facebook post, Krasniqi has asked for answers to the question of who will answer this decision that was contrary to the Constitution, or be responsible for Agim Veliu and Avdullah Hoti, he says.
The Constitutional Court abolishs the government's decision, it says it conflicts with the Constitution. Now, is anyone responsible, or is it Agim Veliu and Avdullah Hoti again?
Today the Constitutional Court of Kosovo has assessed the government's measures on limiting freedom of movement as a safeguard against the spread of the framework.
Through a communique, this court has announced that the ruling is not in line with the Constitution, and as a deadline for abolishing that decision has left April 13th.
