Kosovo's 91st number of Coronavirus affected, confirmed one more case

IKSHP has shown that the total number has reached 91 as the case is confirmed in Pristina.

“From the 08.02.2020 to 28,03.20, at the Moldovan microbiology laboratory in IKSHPK with the RT- The PCR, a total of 1,037 suspicious samples were tested in the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and of them, positive result in a total of ninety-one (91) with a (1) case of the death of an 82-year-old:x1>, said among other things in the communiqué.

Today with 28.03.2020 at the IKSHPK Medieval Microbiology laboratory with RT- PCR, samples taken from field cases and from hospitalised cases at the Infectious Clinic have been tested. Of the samples taken for testing the SARS-CoV-2 virus, one of them has resulted in positive.

The positive case is a contact case, with residence in Pristina.

In the IKSHPK in a continuous 24-hour period is being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts being forced to self-insult and seek medical assistance if they have symptoms. To date, 1,917 contact cases have been contacted and monitored.
