Kosovo's Telekom has announced that because of the pandemic, they will work with reduced staff thus, not leaving consumers without service.

Following the situation created in connection with the COVID 19 virus, Kosovo Telekom is a top priority in terms of providing services without interruption, with the health of its employees and clients.

We as a company have taken all necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus, according to recommendations made by relevant institutions (Kosovo government and the National Institute of Public Health).

Respecting the government's decision to work with reduced staff we will provide all our services.

Meanwhile, Kosovo Telekom has taken care to adapt to all the current needs and situation created as a result of the pandemic by offering you many alternative channels to perform your services in order to avoid direct contact with others.
