The report reportedly is a plan for all kinds of risks, which provides structures and mechanisms for national-level policies and for operational co-ordination of incident management.
With this plan active, MBPAP, takes on the role of government co-ordinator for managing the situation.
“With full activism of the Plan, Minister of MPBAP, takes on the role of government co-ordinator with management of local incidents. The Minister of Internal Affairs and Public Administration is responsible for co-ordinating central operations within Kosovo, to prepare, react and recover from natural, technological and factor-related disasters”, the MPBAP report said.

- The Inter-Institution for Incident Management Group is occupied by the point 1 of this decision to carry out their duties and responsibilities based on the Law on Protection of Natural Disasters and Other Disasters, the National Response Plan and other relevant legislation in force.
- The decision comes into effect on Ud's signing day. Minister of the Ministry of Interior and Public Administration.
The Department of Internal Affairs and Public Administration Operations Centre has already been activated.
