Italy with strict measures: Fines between 400 and 3,000 euros who violates statehood

In the last 24 hours, 743 casualties have been recorded, bringing their number to 6820, and the number of infected persons to about 70 thousand.

The Cote government at an urgent meeting of the Council of Ministers, held this afternoon, has decided to increase the level of severity of measures for anyone who violates traffic rules or forges the self-certicket of the movement's motive.

The new bill has ruled that for any who violate these measures, the fine will be between 400 and 3 thousand euros. The previous decree envisioned up to 206 euros.

It is also decided that every 15 days the Italian government will report to parliament on the performance of pandemic on national territory, increasing the level of co-operation and transparency with the institution.

At a virtual conference with the media, Prime Minister Giuseppe Ctete dismissed the news published by some media that government measures will continue until July 31st.
