Hasanaj, through a Facebook post, said nurses and colleagues from other clinics leave them, out of fear of working at the Infectious Clinic.
Thank you. Is that not what this discrimination is about paying us 300 euros? If we are equal to colleagues in other clinics, why should we sacrifice our health”, Hasanaj wrote.
” We cannot stimulate one another, we have the most dangerous life, because we have 12 hours working without stopping”, Hasanaj said.
Hasanaj says she hasn't met her parents for three weeks because she fears she might infect them. It requires compensation growth and not being stimulated equally with other colleagues.
It seeks not to be ignored by 300 euros, as according to her, they are at risk more than others.
Yesterday it was proposed by the Ministry of Finance that doctors be rewarded with 300 euros for their work.
