But, the criminal procedure against him as Nikci said would be, based on Article 250 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, under which anyone who during the time of the epidemic or of any infectious disease does not act according to orders or other decisions issued under the provisions of the competent body, which sets measures aimed at fighting or preventing them, is sentenced to two years in prison.
