The two agreements on foreign policy between Kosovo and Albania, expected to be signed at the next meeting between the two governments, are seen as very necessary. But that must be applied in practice and through official initiatives, not just on paper.
The shared division of spending and tasks in lobbying for Kosovo's recognition, as well as carrying Albania's experience to Kosovo for the EU integration process, were the two agreements Albania's Foreign Affairs Minister Gent Cakaj promised on a visit he had made two weeks earlier in his homeland.
The latter, the Minister of European Integrations in Kosovo, Blerim Reka, despite considering it necessary, says he still institutionally knows nothing from the idea of Minister Cakaj.

In this regard, European integration connoisseur Besnik Vasol says that the initiative was mentioned even earlier but that there was nothing concrete. But the latest initiative considers it more serious and stresses that it will serve Kosovo.
