Meanwhile, the meeting has started between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the Franco-German delegation, consisting of top advisers of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron, Jan Hecker and Emmanuel Bonne.
This delegation will also meet with President Hashim Thaci.
