The most dramatic week of 2020: Kurti's epic effort to persuade Serbia to return to negotiations

The week being over today was one of the most dramatic of this year. Periscope in the week's summary brings to the events that went through the past six days that necessarily matter to our public sphere. Pristina, March 1st, Prime Minister Albin Kurti made the publication of a correspondence between former Prime Minister Thaci, now president, and former NATO Secretary General Mr. Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
Kurti claimed that the correspondence in question constituted the secret “agreement” that potentially violated state sovereignty, and territorial integrity. Mr. Kurti believed Thaci-Rasmussen's correspondence had the same legal value as the agreement reached in Brussels between Thaci and Ivica Dacic.
The legal opinion stated that Thaci had made <x0 constitutional violation”. But whose legal opinion? Mentor Borovci from the prime minister's office denied being author of that legal opinion, while Kurti himself declared that his “ry” had prepared the opinion in question. So his legal value was 0.

Kurti was sharply criticised after such an act that violated Kosovo's co-operation with NATO peacekeeping forces, while the correspondence turned out to have not been secret at all and that had been spoken out even openly by NATO leaders, but also by Kosovo leaders. The only one he didn't know was Kurt.
But that was not the complete truth either. Kurti was manipulating public opinion as it was under huge US pressure to suspend the fee under the effort to convince Serbia to return to the negotiating table. Well, one more thing happened: Vetevendosje from the categoryal position against negotiations already had to convince Serbia to return to negotiations.
In the latest Facebook post on correspondence, Mr. Kurt never mentions the term “Agreement”.
It turned out that Serbia appreciated 2 per cent of its total export, rather than Kurti and Vetevendosje, all survivors and war victims, victims of sacrifice, state dignity, and so on.

However, aSaturday as Perscope predicted On February 13th, Kurti also violated his stance on reciprocity towards the Republic of Serbia.
He said publicly that the tariff would be lifted once Kosovo imposes reciprocity on the Republic of Serbia. On Friday, he appeared at the media conference and said the full fee would be lifted by April 1st, while reciprocity would be imposed on June 15th.
However, even though our prime minister violated another stance and promise, it does not seem to suffice the US envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Green reacted in late hours of the evening, with our local time, that Kurt had to completely remove the fee, even adding that he was making a serious “ ”.
The LDK, meanwhile, has voiced itself against Kurti's move. This political party without the thread of shame violated its pledge to establish reciprocity, already demanding full co-ordination for doing so. That means, coordinating with the United States that reciprocity never happens.

Well, citizens were lied. Instead of promising reciprocity, both parties of power would have to promise reciprocity if this were allowed by the US.
And during the same week, we had a good act on the part of Deputy Minister Jelal Svechla, who reportedly got involved in physical conflict in defense of an ambulant salesman. That was the very opposite of Tome Gashi's move, who was attacked by a beggar in Mother Teresa Square a few weeks ago.

Also this week, the Court of Appeals confirmed the verdict for effective detention of the head of FFC, Mr. Dawn Adam, who was charged with two major crimes. /Periscope
