China's top expert: The number of daily coronavirus cases could drop in ZERO this month

A leading coronavirus expert in China has claimed that the number of daily ultrasound infections could drop to zero by the end of March.

According to foreign media, it is for Professor Zhang Boli, a member of the team of experts assigned by Beijing to deal with the health crisis.

He made comments during an interview with People Daily.

He said: We hope the new cases return to zero in Wuhan by the end of March.

Professor Zhang believes that life would return to normal in all other provinces in China by the end of April, and to Hubei by the end of May.

But he urged the public to continue wearing facial masks as a way of preventing the explosion from continuing.
