Africa Hoti: Unknown phenomenon perceived by Serbia

He has said that recognition is an unknown phenomenon in International Law, until he added that if there were, international law and political order would seriously jeopardise it.

“Normically every time they speak mainly in academic circles, but even in political circles they speak of a theorem that has long dominated the scientific treatment meaning, describing recognition as an inevitable international legal act on which reports and relations of states” have been built.

“As such, recognition has been treated irreversibly for how such was the foundation on which state security was created. If there were the opposite, international law and political order would expose an unprecedented danger to the fact that states whenever they had quarrels or had disagreements would bring to the table the issue of dating”.

In the theoretical sense from 1945, even war is prohibited, even with UN documents and with each international law document war is a preventable phenomenon, but unfortunately we have several rights and some injustice, depending on the circumstances and states”.

We're now facing a new phenomenon in the theoretical sense unknown to International Law, which is the issue of cremation”.

Hoti in the Kosovo Clan Zone has said that the fact that Serbia has chosen countries of Africa to be areas of action that do not have consolidated legal and political systems, rather than countries like France, Great Britain and others, confirms that recognition does not exist as a phenomenon.

“To confirm the fact that recognition is unknown phenomenon we can take the argument that as the scope of the Serbian authorities' action, because they have invented this phenomenon, they have chosen a region that is characterized by a system that does not have a unified neither legal nor political system, and decisions can be made ad-hoc and each of them adapt to a certain political agenda”.

Serbia appears to have discovered this instrument and selected African countries that are marked by dualism of power, ambition in the sense that which government has a part of the political concept of what changes of governance we have Western pro or Eastern pro. We shouldn't even minimize the corrupt and unregistered natures used by Serbs to create mist”.

If we refer to international reports it is perfectly clear that Serbia not only from its budget, but also there are other sources outside the official line that are functional and leaves no stone unmoved to extend influence where they can.
