150 officials declare property, Agency warns that it will address the prosecution

All public officials are obliged to make their property declaration to the Anti-Corruption Agency, as long as they are required to observe the set deadline, which ends on 31 March.
The regular declaration of property and disrespect of the law on property statements by senior public officials, the Anti-Corruption Agency, will present itself to the Prosecutor for Further Treatment, so said Online Division Leader for Property Proliferation State Agency Agron Behrami.
Behram said 150 forms of regular annual property declaration have been accepted so far. The property statement process has started on March 1st is about the regular process. It continues to be a legal obligation for senior public officials to undergo regular annual declaration”.
“over this period the Agency will co-operate with officials that this process will go well and all officials declare. We hope that they will respect the deadline and there will be no delays, initially in declaring property, which ends on 31 March”.
So far we've accepted 150 forms of regular annual property statement. All public officials who have declared on January 1st do not owe it to the regular annual declaration”.
“We have a good co-operation as far as the agency sends them to competent institutions for further treatment”, Behrami said.
