Ymer says this is the right decision, but the way this decision has been reached is the worst possible.
Here's the full reaction:
Eventually, the tariff on Serbia is being lifted. That's the right decision. Of course, the co-ordination of our state policies with our friends, especially the United States, in terms of Dialogue with Serbia is necessary.
But the way the tax was lifted, including the time it received from the prime minister, is the worst possible. It is extremely harmful for our country to object for a long time to lose sight of any benefits. The more institutional leaders speak big words to forget about them the next day. This behaviour of Prime Minister Kurti resembles Thaci's behaviour when he was prime minister (e.g. about Fusnota, telling some small no to the big Po.
Such behavior makes the country unrealistic. Whatever requirement the next condition is of no value, since this prime minister is also testifying that he does not adhere to the word given. Otherwise, what it means yesterday is that the tax is removed when reciprocity measures are imposed and then taxed today without the measures of reciprocity imposed.
This is no different than what we've seen so far in government. Practically this behavior says: international friends are telling us, and we have no choice. Governance would otherwise make decisions for the good of the country because of its duty, not as a result of outside pressure. How much more (even) in this case it seems that the ruling position (judged by threats from the LDK) has been a strong reason behind the decision. With the same reasoning, any vow can be given away.
