The Special Court has announced today that very soon it will start setting up charges.
The specialised prosecutor has announced Kosovo's Specialised Chambers Speaker that he intends to launch criminal proceedings before the Specialised Chambers and has applied for the appointment of a judge of preliminary procedure in accordance with the Law.
This was made known through a special court press release. Meanwhile, this court has increased the number of lawyers
Kosovo's specialised chambers have published a list of defenders for representing the suspects, currently numbering 174, writes the news.net.
Among many defence lawyers from Kosovo are other lawyers from Europe, the US and Canada.
