Thaci: Unacceptable egg attack on Avdullah Hot

President Hashim Thaci has called the egg attack on Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti unacceptable.

He said such cases have been and will remain condemned in Kosovo's democracy.

“Sulmi with eggs to Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti is unacceptable and punishable in the democracy and state we have built. The tendency to justify violence as a means to achieve political goals has been and will remain forever unacceptable and punishable”, he wrote on Facebook.

During the day, Hoti was attacked with eggs by several people who sought not to remove taxes on Serbian and Bosnian products. Meanwhile, police have named the work “attack” and are looking for those people.
