Tahiri has stressed that Albin Kurti's current ministry of Trade ministry, Roseta Hajdari, is unable, saying that in 2008 she had been removed from the councillor's position with the reasoning that she was unable.
Tahiri said they've been able to learn a lot, but it's been incompetent and they've been forced to download it, Pryscope follows.
