In these times of continuous political dramas, a large part of Kosovo citizens simply sit in front of their TV sets, watching the long parliamentary sessions, and then news broadcasts and the endless political emissions of debates.
The long landing, however, is also problematic for office workers who must sit for a long time.
This dramatically increases the mortality rate, writes Periscope.
But health problems are also very low, and there are some simple things that can reduce this.
The study was conducted by Columbia University, and was published in the American Journal for Epidemology, attended 7 thousand and 99 volunteers over a period of four years, and examined how active they were during the day.
After that, they were monitored for a period of four years to see how their levels of activity relate to the scale of Mortality.
It found that the risk of death could be cut by 17 percent, replacing only 30 minutes of daily low exercise. The danger was to sit and sit down, the higher the time of non-species.
Scientists propose that people sit as little as possible in their rubbers or chairs. /Periscope
