But Rama says that in terms of Albania's stance it is clear that the annexation of the Crimea by Russia is illegal. As far as Russian-Albanian relations are concerned, Rama says he will be cautious.
“We are careful and slow for impulses with Moscow. There are some important aspects of the strategic nature over which we as NATO members as part of the united European family. Of course, there are not a few things that can offer us in common interests. Do not violate or bypass non-negotiable strategic aspects” Rama said.
