Rama: Moscow offered no help after the earthquake, but neither did we.

Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has talked about Albania's relations with Russia, following a meeting today in Moscow with Russia's Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov. In Albania, not in the region because they have reason to believe they have influence. This is a moment that we need to develop in parallel with our clear and cut policy and a lane of approaching co-operation for those who are bilateral interests that do not violate our strategic interests. Which Russia is very clear about”.
Rama in Klan Kosovo Zone B has said they have not sought help from Russia following the damage caused by the last earthquake that hit Albania.
We didn't even invite them to offer or offer us. I've been looking for insistently not in the direction of Moscow, and if they're allowed to bring them and they don't need to go on TV and say we've offered them but we didn't. We're ready for any help and we'll be very grateful if concrete help comes to us”.
We'll have reason to walk in another dimension, which is the dimension of normal human relations beyond differences. I believe that as long as we don't have to deal with an enemy country, developing these relationships also helps address non-studies”.
“If it is the job for the non-editority we most have with the Serbs, with Serbia. Developing relationships by not giving up on inflexibleness. But establishing agreement on things that are about indiscretions makes it easier for us to deal with the indiscretion”.
When it comes to Russia, then of course we're not full decision-makers we're decision-makers as far as we are concerned. Then we are part of a decision-making in a larger alliance that we do not rule by others who are the great powers with which we have linked our fate with full justice”, Rama said.
