Kosovo Police, respectively, have issued a request for co-operation with citizens for apprehending a person suspected of certain criminal acts.
According to the media report, it's about Adem (Isef) Helshan, born in 21.08.1974 in Ozrim, Pec.
The defendant is wanted for criminal acts:
Two cases of criminal activity “grave murder”
Three cases of criminal activity “Tentim grave murder”

According to the defendant's announcement, there have been international arrest warrants since 2017.
Kosovo's “Police require citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspected person in the photo attached call the Kosovo Police or be called to the nearest police station. The Regional Police Directorate in Pec, each Friday, will publish one or more people seeking help from citizens deliberately, bringing them to justice”, the statement said.
