“on February 26th, Lavrov tried to lecture Albania how “dues” NATO and the EU undermine ties with Russia.

Later, Kim also published a piece of Rama's “crash” with Lavrov.
Lavrov: “We cannot develop relations as intensively as we can ... but the prime minister cited Albania's obligations to NATO and US in particular as its ally ...”
“We know Albania's intentions to start the EU membership process ... I believe Albania can be one of these examples, when their obligations hinder friendly, mutual relations in trade, investment, trade and economic relations ... ”
Rama: “It's not an obligation, it's a choice. We are not in the same line as our great allies with NATO or the EU because we are forced to do so, but because we have chosen.. ”
Rama: “... Nobody forces us. We have chosen and are proud to belong to that large family. ”
