These statements by Osmani, the largest opposition party, call them lies, stressing that the boycott has been made against Mrs. Ousmane, not the House.
“Zj. Osmani, not boycott of the Parliament, but boycott of you! Vjosa Osmani even today publicly lied to reporters that the PDK is boycotting the Assembly from February 3rd when the government was voted in. That's not true. There will be no boycott, as she wants. Boykotti is for him and her manipulations to mechanize for his political games, the country's top institution”, reportedly in the media communique issued by the PDK.
All citizens have attended the session on February 3rd, and PDK deputies were there, and everyone has even discussed that session.
Meanwhile, PDK deputies have not been able to participate in the next session that day for the election of the Speaker of the Parliament, because it was a disassemble session. PDK deputies were announced just 5 minutes before that “seance”. It was clearly seen that it was the session of our expulsion, without the possibility of the opposition participating in the”, said the communique.
The obvious goal of this dangerous game was fear of confrontation with transparency of the dismissal of a Parliament Speaker and the election of a new chairman like Mrs. Osmani, under more unclear political circumstances and dangerous political flirting with Belgrade, the Serbian List, respectively. That night a dangerous precedan was expounded: The coalition with Belgrade and the Undeclared Serbian List will keep this government alive, and that is whydo head of the Parliament, which at any cost aims to expel the opposition leader out of the Assembly!!”, the PDK communiqué says.
The Democratic Party has also clarified that at the second session of the Parliament on February 3rd, where it was voted for the new Parliament Speaker, the same as the PDK, other opposition MPs have not attended, but also some of the seats because they were not invited over time.
“PDK wants Mrs. Osman to impose a legal obligation, to return pictures of the president and of Adam Yashhar to his country. Also, keep the picture of former President Rugova in the cabinet and play his constitutional role as a Cup anchor, as it should be! The PDK as opposition leader will not deal with Mrs. Ousmane but our political partner. But, she must understand that she will be boycotted until she prevents legal violations in the institution of the Assembly”, the communique said.
