Osman doesn't know the details of the railway deal

Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani has no detailed information on the railway agreement to sign in Berlin, between Kosovo and Serbia.

She says the agreement has not been sent to the Assembly and that she cannot comment without seeing the contents.
