The accused from August 2015 to April 2017, in the quality of the director for Buzhet and Finance of Kllokoti, has used his official duty and authority, in that way without having been authorized, has made the admission of 14,013,50 euros by the official B.B., cashier B. The V., which money has been the result of tax transfer for municipal services, so that the amount of 3.623 euros has been transferred to the municipality's bank account, while failing to hand over the amount of 10,390,50 euros, profiting for itself and causing damage to the municipality for the high amount.
