The court has found that the house arrest measure was assigned according to Article 183 par.1 subpar.1.1 and 1.2 related to Article 187 par.1 subpar.1.2 points 1.2.3 of the KPPRK. The sides have a right to a complaint against this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
