The Kosovo Assembly will hold extraordinary tax hearings on Monday, March 2nd.
This was made known after the meeting held today by the head of the Assembly.
The hearing will be held at the request of 41 deputies, and debate will be held on the warning of Kosovo's prime minister to lift the 100 per cent fee.
This is the full announcement:
On Monday, March 2nd, at 11:00 a.m., the Assembly, at the request of 41 deputies, will meet in extraordinary sessions to debate Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's warning about the removal of the 100 per cent fee.
So decided the head of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo at today's meeting, led by President Vjosa Osmani, in the presence of the parliamentary group leaders.
The chief found that the MP's request for calling this session meets formal-juridical conditions, so according to practice, the session would be held according to the request of the signatory deputies.
Also, the Headship decided that two more special sessions will be held in the first part of March: March 5th, at 9:00, the session for the Kosovo Liberation Army Notes, and on March 9, at 10:00, thematic session for International Women's Day.
At today's meeting, Headship made other decisions involving the functionality of certain independent institutions.
Thus, Krysia decided to publish the declaration for members of the Independent Council of Kosovo and authorised the Assembly Administration to take respective actions, as well as for two members of the Media Anxiety Board.
