For many businesses from six Western Balkan countries (ËB6), exports are a way to expand their business. To achieve a better performance, good preparation is required for this important step, which requires a wide range of skills, so companies often turn to their respective economic options for support in this regard.
The project, titled “The Rise of Small and Middle Enterprise Export potential in the Western Balkans region 6”, implemented by Deutsche Geselschaft für Internationale Zusammerbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany é (German Organization for International Co-operation) -- Open Regional Fund for Foreign Trade, we focus only on the need of this company. Through the close co-operation of economic opas of Western Balkan countries (Kosovo*, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, northern Macedonia, Serbia), and members of the EB6 Economic Hours Investment Forum, ( UB6 Chambers Investment Forum) There have been two new export promotion services that have become part of the portfolio of these ods -- one is the database of distributors from the region and the EU, and the other provides access to international market analysis tools.
The distribution database provides local companies with information on regional and European suppliers, wholesale businessmen, importers and processors, which greatly facilitates the search for potential partners in the region and the European Union. Economic talks already possess comprehensive information that can offer companies interested in starting or developing export activities.
The second service provides access to information on five selected markets within the European Union (Austri, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden) with the help of Euromonitor International / Pascal, which sets a new standard in global market analysis. This tool provides unique access to industry, country and consumer data, and also identifies future trends.
Both of these services have been developed and tested in the Western Balkans region 6, in the fruit and vegetable processing sector, which is a very important sector for the economy of these six countries. Services will be updated regularly, and a special version can be created for all other important sectors for the economies of countries in the region.
Companies that are starting to use supplier database and Euromonitor International / Passepartout have expressed satisfaction with the quality of services, stressing the positive impact of these business tools on increasing their export potential.
