Infrastructure and Environment Minister Lumir Abdixhiku has made two important decisions Friday. The first, which he has made public himself, is to cancel the 110 million-euro tender for the Anamorawa highway.
The newspaper Infocus from sources within the Pristina municipality has learned that Obadiah has signed another decision, which few citizens will welcome.
He has cancelled the controversial decision to build the neighbourhood near Badovci Lake.
The Pristina municipality is required to annul the decision... of the 20.12.2019 construction conditions in the case of building the neighbourhood in the vicinity of Badovci”, the decision said.

That's how it ends the company's non-licensed attempt “KAWA Group” and the projective company “4m Group” build 17 luxury villas on the land of Rahman Haradin, along Badovci Lake.
The most vocal against this construction have been the Group for the Protection of Lake Badovci, numbering about 24 thousand members in ʹFacebook.
They have come up with five demands for the Pristina municipality and the Ministry of Environment in connection with construction on Lake Badovci, demanding that whatever decision endangers this country's water supply be annulled.
According to Pristina municipality officials, the company, which was planning to build villas, had no construction permits and has not applied at all for permits, but applied only for construction conditions.
Based on data that “KAWA Group” and the projective company “4m Group” planned to build 17 luxury villas on the land of Rahman Haradin along Badovci Lake.
In the Business Record Agency, Haradin figures as owners of the company “Lakeside Garden L.L. C.” established in May 2017.
One of the shareholders of this project, Fitim Mucaj from the projecting company “4m Group”, has confirmed that Haradin is landowner, while the investment is shared with the design and construction company.
Meanwhile, Haradin, who has become part of the problem project, which has not yet received construction permits, has a history of other investments in Kosovo.
The newspaper Infocus has found that he is the owner or a passionate owner of at least five other businesses in Kosovo and a business in Switzerland, mainly related to restaurants and entertainment clubs.
In Kosovo, however, he is the largest shareholder in the Pristina football club with 34 per cent of shares, worth half a million euros.
In Switzerland, in the Valis Canton, Haradin is known as a businessman who handles cafe operation, dance halls, sales, purchase, import-export of all cafe-related products.
He is currently co-owned by the company “Ormen SA”, which is the main activity with cafes and dance halls.
Meanwhile, by 2006 he owned the <x0 dance club Eagle” in Switzerland, which went to liquidation because of financial obligations.
