Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has named him chief adviser, Luan Dalipi.
Through a report on his Facebook, Kurti says Luan Dalipi joins the Republic of Kosovo government as chief of the Prime Minister's Staff.
“Luan Dalipi will serve as my main adviser as Prime Minister, for domestic and external parties of interest in issues dealing with the prime minister. The lion will co-ordinate the work of the government cabinet, with Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Advisers of the Government, support the government in shaping and implementing policies, strategies and plans, as well as in communication and raising awareness”, Kurti writes on Facebook.

The Lion's broad educational and professional formation has prepared it to provide support to the prime minister in its efforts to cross Kosovo in the future that deserves as a free and prosperous country. He was educated in the United States from high school to a master's degree in International Management. The Lion returned to Kosovo in 2001 and served as US Trade Department representative at the US Embassy before entering Kosovo's private sector. He is cofounder of one of the largest consulting companies in the Western Balkans. The lion over the next 20 years has successfully managed dozens of projects of international organisations in Kosovo and abroad.
Luan Dalipi has also been founder and former Chairman of the American Economic Ode Board in Kosovo ( "AmCham," former co-chairman of the American Kosovar Education Fund (‘KAEF’), founder of the Council of Business Consultants (‘BCC’), and certified international consultant in management. He is the winner of some professional awards in the field of management and consultancy.
The lion is characterized by hard work ethics, self-enhancing, optimism about the future, and results-based performance. His expertise in leadership, management, coordination, mobilization of human resources, consolidation and co-ordination of institutions and processes, and developmental policy creation will add value to the government cabinet. As Chief of Staff, he is expected to apply lessons from his past to achieve the government's goals.
He is married and has two children, 13 and 8.
