Kosovo towards loss of 2.4m euros to IPA

It's this concept-document for easing the administrative burden. It calls for changes to be listed in a number of laws, through which businesses and citizens would be released from a series of bureaucratic procedures that apply to the case of issuing certificates, permits and licenses from public administration. The current European Union procedures (BE) have seen them as an administrative burden. Therefore, it has conditioned financial assistance with the adoption of the concept-documental, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The EU office in Kosovo has warned this in an answer to the newspaper.
“The adoption of the concept-document for reducing the administrative burden from the Government is one of the goals which were scheduled to be achieved before the end of December 2019”, the EU Office's response reported. “If the target assessment time not achieved, this probably means that the funds related to the target will not be separated”.
