From the embassy via a post on the social network Facebook suggests that Germany's Transport and Digitalisation Ministry and the ministers of 16 Bundesland will make the evaluation of the report from visiting in question and then will come up with results that will be given either in the form of recommendation for advancing the process or in the form of mutual recognition.
This process takes time and in agreement with German authorities will not be suggested for whether or when important decisions will be made”.
Kosovo's “Embassy in Germany thanks Kosovo Government for its support during this visit and also encourages citizens to understand this process directly: the decision will be made by the government of Germany, rather than Kosovo for mutual recognition of patents. Kosovo has now met every requirement to advance and close this issue and is willing to continue with support in question. German authorities have word for it”, says the announcement.
