Koci: In six months we'll have our first Special act.

The specialised prosecutor has announced Kosovo's Specialised Chambers Speaker that he intends to initiate criminal proceedings before the Specialised Chambers and has applied for the appointment of a preliminary procedure judge in accordance with the Law.

E Koci says it only proves something he said earlier.

He also shows when the first indictment is expected.

The first indictee will know that the case has begun against him”, Koci said.

The trial judge receives and treats the subject well. Within six months it will be the first indictment. So there's a chance that after 3 Mauis we have new developments”
