The cargo transport company, from the northern German state of Down Below Saxony, was under investigation since the beginning of the year by German officials, on behalf of the public prosecutor.
The German cargo transport company “was responsible not only for transport logistics but also for salt buyer”, the customs office reported.
In early February, Belgian investigators searched containers and found, in addition to registered salt, hidden cocaine.
