She has told the prime minister that an emergency action is already needed in this case.

Prime Minister, have you heard that Peja, Istog, and other parts of Kosovo are in great trouble, following strong winds.
Without electricity, with considerable material damage, electric poles on the ground, roofing ruined homes. In Istog, even personal documents cannot reveal citizens.
Where are you, Prime Minister?
- Visit the locations where the citizens are suffering,
- I hold an emergency government meeting to help citizens,
- Decide for damage assessment,
- Offer citizens water and electricity, basic services and schools, then compensate for the damage they have suffered. You're Prime Minister Albin now. People need the support of the state.
There's philosophy here. Emergency action is required.
