Italian authorities have thus begun to implement the “closure plan for the red zone”.
A total of 35 checkpoints have been set up that relate to the entrances and exits from the 10 water municipalities of the coronavirus in Lodigiano.
Hundreds of police were deployed in 15 roadblocks in troubled municipalities Castigion d'Adda, Casalpusterlendo and Codogno, but now the Italian government has decided to send the army there to ensure that no one will break the mandatory quarantine of more than 50 thousand people.

Nearly all victims are elderly people with chronic illnesses.
