Italy is facing the largest explosion in Europe of Coronavirus, announcing the deaths of two persons and the infection of 50 others so far.
According to a World Health Organization bulletin (OBSH), no other country in Europe has more cases of coronary than Italy.
Germany has 16, France 12, with a dead man, and Great Britain only three.
The victim's first case in Italy was announced yesterday, a 78-year-old from the northeast region of Venato.
The second, a 77-year-old man died in Lombardi, the northern region that includes Milan.
She was found dead at home and posthumous tests showed she had this 148x1> virus, Health Commissioner for Lombardy Giulio Gallera said at a news conference.
” She is being treated as the victim of the Covid-19 disease, even if it was not clear whether the coronary or other conditions are hin the cause of death”, he added.
The commissioner said in Lombardi a total of 39 people had tested positive, including the dead woman.
” In Venice, the figure is 12”, said region president Lucas Zaia.
Italian authorities are taking drastic measures in an effort to sum up the two separate strains of the virus, whose origin remains unexplainable.
In Lombardi, the focus was on a businessman who returned from China on January 21st and who was in repeat contact with the first case of the Devov-19 region, a 38-year-old, currently under intensive care.
The businessman has proved negative, and doctors are seeing if he has developed antibodies to the coronary.
In Lombardy, schools and most of the shops and businesses are closed and people are required to stay at home.
Public events, including church services, carnival parties or football matches have been banned.
Similar measures are being taken in Venice.
Before yesterday, Italy had three patients confirmed by Coronavirus - a pair of elderly Chinese tourists and an Italian repatriated by Wwan, the epithestre of the Chinese explosion.
