Former fighter Nuhi Krasniqi has accepted an invitation from the Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
The news is confirmed by O chairman VL- KLA, Hysni Gucati, writes Periscopi.
” Today I received news that Mr. Nuhi Krasniqi has been called by special court such as all freedom fighters and this will be clear.”, says the announcement.
The Special Court, founded in 2015 by the Kosovo Assembly, will investigate crimes allegedly committed by Albanians during the recent war in Kosovo.
With 82 votes for, 5 against and 1 abstention, MPs had voted down the necessary constitutional changes, which had paved the way for the founding of this court sought by the international community.
Although dozens have been invited for the interview, the Special Court has not yet filed an indictment.
