Ibrahim Kelmendi reacted after the murder of his brother, Kemim Kelmendi, who was found burned in his car in the early hours of the morning.
He seems to have in some form accused someone of killing his brother.

Kelmendi, who was a member of the Kosovo People's Movement, has even posted a wartime photo of his late brother, along with Ilir Konushevci and Adrian Krasniqi.
