Skender Hyseni says American Secretary of State Mike Pompeii's letter is very clear. He says signing two letters of intent for rail and highway is a step in the right direction.

US Secretary Mike Pompeii's letter is very clear. Kosovo-Serbia dialogue essentially has mutual recognition between these two states. Close co-ordination with the US and the EU is vital.
The signature, today in the MSC, of even two letters of expression of purpose, is about railways, and it's a step in the right direction!
