Hoxhaj, through Facebook writing, has asked Kurti to show whether it is pro or against NATO partnership.
He, among other things, has written that no government has a mandate and has not been chosen to oppose Kosovo's partnership with NATO and the West.

Kosovo's partnership with NATO is essential for Kosovo's security and sovereignty. No government has a mandate and has been chosen to reject Kosovo's partnership with NATO and the West. Whoever powers this partnership has the mandate of the people, not the contrary.
The government must present a government programme and show commitment to partnership with NATO and Western allies. So far there are signs that this government has no knowledge of politics Outside and damaging Kosovo's relations with the West.
The Prime Minister cannot stand neutral. He must show whether his partnership is pro-compliance with NATO guaranteeing Kosovo's sovereignty or against it. So far on every subject for foreign policy has taken a neutral stand. The prime ministers are not elected for neutrality, but for decision-making. Neuthra and time are not in Kosovo.
