Buy new houses, find 150 snakes in it

A couple got more than negotiated when they found 150 snakes living under their new home, reports “Daily Mail”.

Shaynon McFadden and Royce Robbins discovered a large cave of snakes under the back deck of the house they bought in Colorado.

“We began to see the heads of the snake rising among the wood plates on the layer of earth at the ground level”, Mrs. McFaddon said.

As the weather heated, more snakes appeared in the courtyard, under the deck, around the foundation, and even inside the house.

The couple hired an exterminationist who discovered a large basket of snakes under the back deck. More than 150 snakes were removed from the property and moved.

According to the nonprofit real estate trade association, the Colorado Association of Realtors said that a snake infection would be described as a material fact to be discovered, despite the owner's efforts to solve the problem.

A spokesman said arguments on non-discovery are among the most common disputes after a sale.
