On the other hand, he has said it has been a constitutional obligation to join the government and minorities from the Serbian List.
Even though the Serbian List is conducted by Belgrade, they still swear in the Kosovo Assembly and I am obliged to respect the Kosovo Constitution/ P ERISCOPI/
